Ingredients

2.5 lb Chicken thighs (8 thighs)
4 tbsp Olive oil
3 tsp Salt substitute
3 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Onion powder
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp White pepper
2 tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup and set aside.
  2. Remove the chicken thighs from their packaging and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Arrange the chicken thighs on prepared baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil, rubbing the oil into the chicken to coat.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the salt substitute, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Sprinkle the spices over the chicken evenly.
  5. Bake chicken in preheated oven for 35–45 minutes.
